Dear Church Family:
We are now entering a new phase of the life of our church. As you have probably heard, we have recently begun a Scriptural Funding Campaign to help fund our new Church. Our leaders have carefully studied our needs, our resources, and after a vote of our Church in a Charge Conference we are now planning to conduct the financial campaign, secure definite costs and prepare to vote in October’s Charge Conference to sell our existing facility and build a new church building.
We have already selected those who will lead us in this endeavor, and have asked the following people to serve in these capacities:

Support Services Directors: Jim & Marilyn Bownds, Melvin & Joyce Davis
Promotion Directors: Bryan & Debbie Patton, Steve & Becky Porter
Special Projects Directors: Terry & Sherry Allen, Joe & Angi Collins
Ministry Directors: David & Lisa Stephens
Prayer Vigil Directors: Gene & Kelly Norton
Stewardship Lesson Director: Donna Stafford
Hospitality Directors: Kenny & Donna Stout, Jack & Cheri Giralico
Major Events Directors: George & Susan Davenport, John & Robin Crisp
Campaign Managers: Billy & Stacie Martin
Many of you will be asked to serve on these Teams. When a Team leader contacts you, I sincerely hope you will respond positively – much time and prayer has gone into the selection process. You will then be trained and guided by our consultant in that particular task assigned to you.
This is a wonderful opportunity God has placed before us. It is also a tremendous challenge. God will lead us as we move forward to build a new facility that will bless folks for years to come.
